I am so excited to show you this polish today! Not only am I a big fan of CbL, but I was not able to attend Polish Con, so I didn’t have very high hopes of finding this polish. I was crazy lucky to be able to purchase it from a very sweet girl who wanted to spread the Polish Con love. Leah Anne, the maker of CbL, is one of the good ones. I have a lot of love for her and her brand. In my opinion, CbL has one of the best formulas out there.

Three Thin Coats Plus Topcoat
I am almost not even sure how to describe this polish, but I’ll give it a shot. It is a blurple jelly base with hologrpahic flakes, color shifting flakes in red to gold to green to blue, and possibly some purple to teal shifting shimmer. The formula on this is perfection, and it is opaque in three coats. There is no glitter that I can see, so it is completely smooth. When in direct light, it appears to be a purple polish with gold flakes. When you look from an angle, you start to see all kinds of blue and green shifts in the flakes and I think the base itself as well. That’s probably due to the shimmer I think I see.
